Rx360 — Internal Docs

What this is. Rx360 is a senior medication-adherence wearable with a clinical-grade medication-intelligence layer. Two product lines on one platform: RxSIDEKICK (Mark I — medication reminders + manual SOS / care-circle alerts) and RxBALANCE (Mark II — adds the Fall Barometer, a medication-driven fall-risk wellness signal). Underneath both is the "brain": a curated drug knowledge layer powering reminders (Smart Scheduling), the Fall Barometer's medication-risk input, and a companion experience — behind a deterministic clinical safety rail. Wellness lane: it informs and times; it never diagnoses or doses.

Naming: the Fall Barometer is the product/feature; its internal scoring engine is the "Balance Meter." Same thing, two hats — we'll consolidate the name later.

Built vs. proposed — read this first

  • Shipping (Mark I / RxSIDEKICK): medication reminders, manual SOS + care-circle alerts. No automatic fall detection on Mark I.
  • In validation (Mark II / RxBALANCE): automatic fall detection + the Fall Barometer fall-risk signal.
  • Designed, not built: the medication-intelligence "brain" (curated KB + knowledge graph + retrieval + clinical rail) — see the Drug-KG phased plan.
  • A doc tagged spec / brief / research is current thinking, not a shipped feature.
