Med Intelligence — START HERE (the one map)¶
Created: 2026-07-02 (per Gene: "one real folder so things are easy to find") · Owner: Gene Lang, PharmD — Director of Pharmacy Operations What this is: the single navigation point for ALL medication-intelligence work — what's canonical, where it physically lives, what went out to whom, and what's superseded. If you're looking for a med-intel doc, start here, always.
⚠ One rule: the canonical specs still physically live where the docs-site build expects them (
Product_Specs/, the Desktop Faraz folder). Don't move them without coordinating with the docs-site thread (site_manifest.ymlreferences these paths). This map is the navigation layer; a coordinated physical move is a flagged next step, not done.
1 · The three views (same content, three audiences)¶

2 · ToSend — dated, per-recipient send kits (the convention)¶
ToSend/YYYY-MM-DD_<Person>_<What>/ — each kit holds the exact zip + cover note for one recipient. Status lives in the delivery ledger (../_HANDOFF_LOG.md, D-NNN rows) — a kit folder here = STAGED until the ledger says SENT.
- 2026-07-02_Faraz_Direction_and_Full_Package/ — the 172-file v2 zip (incl. the 10-slide Direction Deck Gene presents). Ledger: D-010 @ STAGED.
- 2026-07-02_Meenakshi_Extraction_Guidance/ — the 6-file extraction-guidance zip + cover-note draft. Ledger: D-011 @ STAGED.

4 · Superseded / archived (in _Superseded/ here)¶
Smart_Scheduling_Invention_Brief_2026-06-03.{md,docx}— contradicted by the 6/04 canonical (strategy reversed on prediction-lead). Moved 7/02.for_jack_med_entry_2026-05-18/— Jack med-entry package, OBE (Faraz took over med entry, Gene 7/01; ledger D-002). Moved from Desktop 7/02.
5 · Open flags (from the 7/02 sprawl audit — Gene's calls pending)¶
- Physical consolidation of
Product_Specs/med docs into this folder — needs docs-site manifest coordination (paths break otherwise). Rx360_Medication_Autocomplete_API_Spec_v1(5/19, DRAFT) — oldest spec in the outbound folder; reconcile with the 6/04 wave or banner it.- Guardrails topic spans 3 docs-site entries; two phased roadmaps (6/04 vs 6/29) unreconciled; SIG bundle absent from the site.
~/Desktop/for_jack_sig_builder/— found during cleanup, not audited yet; likely relates to the SIG bundle (T-041/T-042 lane).- Outbound-folder
_README_START_HERE.mdstill says "Updated 2026-06-10" (content runs through 7/02); old SIG cover note carries a VP-title violation.
